Lily

A decade long search, utilizing our favorite American hop varietal led us here… an offering that encompasses everything we find beautiful & elegant about beer. Well balanced, bursting with candied oranges and juicy wild berries with an incredibly soft mouth feel.

We discovered our recipe for Maple early in our long & winding brewing journey. A light & crisp ale with a soft, honey-like sweetness. Named in memory of our playful, whimsical & very much missed pup ‪‪❤︎‬

Dahlia

Years of pensive reflection and tireless iteration led to this carefully crafted beverage that encapsulates our favorite characteristics of IPAs. Freshly sliced pineapple bursts from the glass, a tropical and smooth body follows the palate and a crisp finish leaves you wondering whether this is actually beer!

Northbound Glow

Looking for an easy crusher with a hint of hops? Look no further than this crispy ale - designed with a bready, almost honey-like malt base and a gentle addition of citrusy hops.

Walty

This one is for our brown ale fans. Medium-bodied with delicate flavors of baker’s chocolate, caramel, and a hint of vanilla to make the flavors pop! Inspired by our cuddly yet mischievous feline friend, Walter the cat.

Copy Cat: Simcoe

The first time we brewed the Copy Cat base beer, we were attempting to create the cliche West Coast IPA. Ironically, we discovered something truly unique… Radiating with sweet peach, vibrant passion fruit and zesty citrus, this ale’s light & clean body allows some of our favorite Pacific Northwest and New Zealand hops to shine.

Blue Boy

Fun little tart ale with a beautiful indigo color. Conditioned on heaps of mouth watering blueberries, sweet white peach, and citrusy lemon. Best enjoyed on our patio ᵕ̈

Calla

Taking inspiration from other brewers pushing the boundaries that are hazy IPAs - we reflected on our own journey and offer our own version in a similar direction. For those who love the highest expression of hops - we introduce our contribution to the emerging style of light-colored, hop bombs, utilizing a couple of our favorites - Nelson Sauvin and Enigma.
